Refund policy
At Daily Bloom we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Because flowers are a living, perishable product, we adhere to the following policy:
1. All Sales are Final
Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the customized artistry of our arrangements, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed or a delivery has been made.
2. Quality Assurance
If you feel your flowers do not meet our high standards of freshness, please notify us within 8 hours of receipt.
To be eligible for a replacement: You must provide a clear photo of the arrangement and proof of purchase.
Resolution: If the issue is due to product quality (and not improper care), we will happily replace the specific stems or the entire arrangement at our discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: Cancellations must be made at least [48] hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full store credit.
Event/Custom Orders: These require a non-refundable deposit. Please refer to your specific contract for details.
4. Flower Care
We provide care instructions with every order. Daily Bloom is not responsible for the lifespan of flowers that have been improperly handled, kept in extreme temperatures, or denied water.
