1.1 The products displayed on this Website are available for delivery in selected cities and locations within India, as mentioned on the Website. If an order is placed for a location where delivery is not available, the order will be rejected and you will be notified within 72 hours via email.

Daily Bloom reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Order acceptance will be confirmed via email (“Order Confirmation”). Orders will be fulfilled by the date specified in the confirmation or, if no date is specified, within 30 days.

1.3 All products are subject to availability. In case of non-availability, Daily Bloom reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value and similar quality without prior notice. Substitutions may be required due to seasonal availability or logistical reasons.

1.4 If neither the ordered product nor a suitable substitute is available, you will be informed and a full refund will be processed within 30 days of the intended delivery date.

1.5 Certain floral products may be delivered in bud form to ensure longer freshness.

1.7 Daily Bloom does not sell or associate its products with any prohibited or regulated items.

1.8 A minimum notice period of 24 hours is required to process most orders.

1.9 Images shown on the Website are indicative. Actual arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability. Containers and colors may be substituted with similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

1.10 Daily Bloom does not guarantee availability of products outside India and assumes no liability for orders placed from jurisdictions where such transactions are prohibited by law.

2. ORDERING & PAYMENT

2.1 You must provide accurate personal, delivery, recipient, and payment details when placing an order. Payments must be made in full at the time of order using accepted payment methods displayed on the Website.

2.2 Orders cannot be placed by individuals under 18 years of age.
